Evaluation of a Big Lottery Reaching Communities project to the value of £350,884 for three year funding (June 2009 – June 2012) to the Pay and Employment Rights Service based in Batley to support isolated individuals to develop skills to work from home. The project has been particularly successful in engaging women from BME communities to develop their own businesses.

Supported the Management Committee of an adult basic and community learning organisation specialising in empowering people with learning difficulties to dispose of a property they could no longer afford to maintain, liaising with estate agent, solicitor and the Charity Bank on their behalf
Delivered an accredited PTLL (Preparation for Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualification to NHS staff training for a group of 14 NHS professionals to enhance their skills in running work-based training for peers within the Trust. who deliver training as part of their wider specialist duties
Major mapping exercise of over 1,000 BME community organisations to ascertain which BME organisation does what in the Yorkshire and Humber region to support business transformation.
Evaluation of £1,000,000 LSC/ESF BME Theme Chest project, involving detailed research and interviews of stakeholders
