Mentoring and Coaching

Our associates can offer a range of mentoring and coaching support to meet both your business and personal needs on a bespoke basis.
What is the difference?

Mentoring is the process of helping another, usually less experienced person to learn and to enhance their position. The mentor acts as a sounding board, a support critic and a source of encouragement to the mentee. This is a powerful tool, particularly for staff who have been identified as having potential but for a range of reasons may be seen as under-performing or not realising that potential fully . Our expert team can provide one to one sessions on a short (1 day a week for 6 weeks) medium or long term basis to work with individual members of staff with a view to improve confidence, focus and performance.

Coaching on the other hand is about providing support to enable individuals whether on a personal or professional basis to gain clarity about what matters to them, what they want to change and supporting them to move towards achieving it. Our "Coaching Academy" trained team can help you or your staff set clear goals and work step by step towards achieving them, make changes and build confidence.

We also have a strong track record in supporting job seekers to success at short list and interview. At a time of job uncertainty, we can help you get the job you want through careful, focused preparation and presentation techniques.
